1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DoneDeal AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DoneDeal AI provides AI-powered Google Ads management for local service businesses. Our platform connects to your Google Ads account to optimize campaigns, manage bids, and generate performance reports on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
To use DoneDeal AI, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Google Ads Account Access
By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize DoneDeal AI to access and modify your campaigns on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for your Google Ads account, including all charges incurred with Google. DoneDeal AI is not responsible for your ad spend or Google's billing to you.
You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings or by contacting us.
5. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of your account.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of that period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to manage Google Ads accounts you do not have authorization to manage
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
8. No Guarantee of Results
DoneDeal AI uses AI to optimize your Google Ads campaigns, but we do not guarantee specific results, including call volume, lead generation, or return on ad spend. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your Google Ads budget.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoneDeal AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by DoneDeal AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
